If you are not sure, this is the class for you. Together we will work on building your balance, strength, flexibility that will lead to more functionality in your body - practical moves used in everyday life!

A very simple and basic

Active & Agile Class. 

Optional equipment that will be used in class.

  • exercise/yoga mat

  • light weights; canned goods, bottles of water will work

  • a chair

  • bender ball/pilates ball - apprx 9 inch in diameter; a small pillow will work
