INTRODUCTION TO BARRE

If this is your first Barre Class, watch this short video first: 

BARRE CLASS ONE

A barre-less barre class.

Optional equipment:

Weights, Ball, Mat, Disc

Optional equipment that will be used in classes. Each class above will list which ones you may want for the particular class.

  • exercise/yoga mat

  • weights - a variety of sizes depending on your personal level

  • barre - can use a chair, stool, counter or table

  • bender ball/pilates ball - apprx 9 inch in diameter; a small pillow or large towel rolled up may work

  • looped resistance bands
