With functional movements woven into the REV+FLOW format, you'll use (and not lose) the important, lifelong functions that help you stay strong and active. And because REV+FLOW is a low-impact, high-intensity workout, you'll also increase your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. With REV+FLOW, you'll get a challenging, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, toned, and empowered. (Mats for floor work preferred and use of light weights optional.)


REFIT® is a cardio-focused class combining powerful moves with uplifting music for a challenging, effective and FUN workout. Designed for all fitness levels that will leave you sweating, smiling, and feeling stronger – heart, mind, soul and body.

Together we will work on building your balance, strength, and flexibility that will lead to more functionality in your body - practical moves used in everyday life!

Hello, I am Debbi. My husband and I built a home and moved to Jefferson early in 2024 after visiting this wonderful place for 14 years. We love it here and what we love most are the people...YOU! Before moving to Jefferson, we lived in Fort Worth. I have been a fitness instructor teaching multiple formats (including dance fitness, strength training, barre, balletone, HIIT, Acitve & Agile for seniors) for many years. One of my biggest accomplishments is having lost over 100 pounds through doing what is best for our bodies - eating clean nutritional foods and exercising - and have maintained that loss for over 10 years.​​
My passion is influencing others to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives and I truly believe that my purpose is to continue that passion in Jefferson.
