My favorite way to have roasted nuts is to do it myself so I know that only good, healthy oils are used.
I use my NuWave Oven to roast them in, however you can use whatever you have - regular oven, airfryer or even stove top.
INGREDIENTS:
However many of your favorite nuts you need - pecans, almonds, cashews, walnuts
Avocado oil
Seasonings: Himalayan Salt, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Worcestershire Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread nuts out in pan evenly.
Spritz with Avocado Oil
Season generously
Sprinkle Worcestershire Sauce over - not too heavy
Mix well and roast. (In my NuWave, I use 350º for 7 minutes.)
Add a little more salt and mix again.
Let sit until cool then store in cool dry place.
